We all go through periods of time where change is inevitable... both professionally and personally.
After getting over the initial pain of accepting the need for change, our real work begins. There are so many opportunities to grow and shape our future to benefit not only ourselves, but our families, friends and clients as well; so why is change so hard?! Experience and observation tells me that the unknown is scary... even if we are unhappy with the present situation, at least we are familiar with it! To step out on faith and courage is key for highly successful people. Let's think of our heros for a moment... we can be assured that they had many failures and times of tremendous grief just like we have. I am a firm believer that the difference between leaders and everyone else is the ability to overcome obstacles. Trusting our intuition, accepting the need for change and growth, and stepping out on faith are some of the most important factors for success! Have you felt the urge to step out in faith? It's normal to be scared... the unknown is scary, BUT don't let your fear override your ability to fulfill your dreams. If you have been hoping for something more, chances are it's out there!!! I cannot stress enough the importance of being true to yourself... do not judge your success by how difficult it is to achieve, but rather by your drive to overcome and achieve success. Change is inevitable... are you ready to stretch and grow for your greater good?! Okay, on your mark, get set, GROW!;) Happy Week, everyone! Remember, you have all of the power within yourself to be what you were created to be, trust that you have the ability to achieve your dreams. In unity, Amy O'Pry
