Manifest your daydreams! I’m here to tell you if I can do it, you can, too. Take this gorgeous sunset, for example… I know it’s just a sunset, and you think I would have known it was coming since I am psychic, but I could have never guessed how quickly this sunset would come into my life after setting my intention. At the time I manifested this sunset, I lived in the city and could only wish for such a view. One day, I was out watching the kids play and could tell there was a beautiful sunset, but large trees and buildings blocked my view. Somehow that day, I gained the courage to manifest my dream in this lifetime. I said, “Lord, please bring me an unobstructed view of the sunset one day.” In that moment, I accepted this as my heart song, and truly believed one day this reality would be mine. Then I left it alone.

​About 6 weeks after setting my intention for the unobstructed view, everything in our lives changed. While we knew one day we would move, we really didn’t know when, where, or even how it would play out. Shortly thereafter, despite my concerns. I sent the kids back into the traditional school system after spending most of the year in homeschool. Right away, we realized our kids needed a change QUICK.

Before we knew it, we found ourselves driving around looking for ideal places outside of the parish. The first house we “happened to” drive up to was a For Sale by Owner in our ideal neighborhood. This house was in front of hundreds of acres, with a back porch facing west. I told my husband, “There’s a fine sunset behind this house.” At the time, it was a seller’s market and prices were crazy. The house seemed to check a lot of our boxes, but we didn’t even have our house up for sale! I texted the number and the sellers were open to a contingency offer; I left it at that. A few days later, the owner’s fiancé texted me back and said, “ I know I don’t know you and you’ve never been inside this house. There are so many people wanting to view it, but my gut tells me this house is meant for you.” She encouraged us to come look, and sure enough, they accepted our offer. To manifest this reality, my husband changed companies, and the kids switched to new schools. We thankfully met the extension deadline for our locked-in interest rate on the last day. While it has taken some time to adjust to our new surroundings (as I knew it would), I am certain it all came together for us.

Manifesting this dream in such a seemingly short period of time taught me a lot about the power of faith and manifestation. I’d like to think the sunset came fast, but the truth is we wanted to live in this area for years, and the opportunity had not presented itself yet. I still have dreams of living in other places and doing other things, but it’s a testimony of the power of manifestation. Perfect timing to say the least!

There are many lessons still to learn from this gorgeous view. For instance, sometimes a storm rolls in and you can see the sun in front of and behind the storm system. It’s a beautiful reminder how things can get dark, yet still be surrounded by light and that darkness passes. Or the fact that sometimes the sunset looks boring, then shows up and shows out right before sinking beyond the horizon. It can look completely different multiple times in one sitting. We also got a bonus, because the sunrise and moon views are beautiful here, too. Just remember when your dreams feel too big or too far away, still, dare to daydream.
